Ndindi Nyoro Speaks
Kiharu member of parliament, Ndindi Nyoro has termed the violence that happened on 4th October in Kenol, Muranga as a state instigated violence.
According to Ndindi, the violence had been financed using tax-payers money. He added that Matiangi and Kibicho had used Murang’a women rep Sabina Chege to hire goons who were supposed to disrupt the Deputy president’s meeting.
A similar incidence had happened in Nyeri county during deputy president’s visit to AIPCEA church and recently in Kisii.
On sunday the 4th of October there was chaos and violence that led to the death of two young men.
The two, who hail from slums in Thika had been ferried to go disrupt a meeting in Kenol, where the deputy president was expected to attend.
Some of the hired goons confessed that they had been hired by some leaders in Murang’a.
Thereafter, Ndindi Nyoro and Alice Wahome were summoned by the police commandant.
They have however not honored the sermon claiming that they are getting the news through social media and will only go when the right channels are used.
Ndindi has also accused Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi of initiating the violence and even financing it using tax payers money, in an attempt to paint a bad image to the deputy president.
