Ringtone Apoko
The past couple of months, Ringtone, a Kenyan gospel musician, has been a little controversial. The gospel musician has was a low-key person back in the days but as from last year, he has been doing weird things especially on social media.
Apoko first caught the attention of many after confessing his crush on Tanzanian socialite Zari Hassan. He did so immediately after Zari broke up with her ex Diamond Platnumz. He even vowed to buy Zari a range rover when she was doing her tour in Kenya. And he did, but Zari ended up not accepting his gift.
He then started flaunting his wealth claiming that he is the richest artist in Kenya. He showed off his houses and his cars but later on, he started claiming that he is on the verge of being broke.
He then complained about being lonely. He said that he was looking for a wife who he could live with in his mansion.

According to a statement given by NACADA boss, Chipukeezy Ringtone might have been battling some demons. Yesterday Ringtone posted a picture of them both saying that Chipukeezy had visited him in his home.
Today Chipukeezy posted saying,
Hey, guys, Mr Ringtone has accepted to go to rehab @ringtoneapoko ???????
He, however, did not specify why Ringtone is checking into rehab. People on social media are making their assumptions but depression is standing out. People think that all this time he has been battling depression and all these stunts were a way of masking his sadness.
