Tecra Muigai's Family Turns Against Her Boyfriend

Tecra Muigai, the daughter and heiress of the reknown Keroche family, unfortunately, had her life cut short days ago after what the family termed as a tragic accident. With people, as well as media houses, speculated that it was a car accident, it was then reported that the lad had fallen down the stairs in the house where she was living with her boyfriend.

However, the family has clashed with the boyfriend as they now claim that their daughter was pushed.

Chief Government Pathologist Johansen Oduor led the team conducting the autopsy on Tuesday, May 12 at Nairobi’s Lee Funeral Home and stated that Tecra succumbed to injuries sustained on the left side of her head.

The family representative has maintained that Tecra was pushed while the boyfriend, Lari’s lawyer said that the lady fell.

Lari was earlier on arrested so that he could help with the investigations on the death of Tecra Muigai. He had however shared his frustrations saying that he loved Tecra so much and he could have never hurt her.

He said that they were even planning a future together so hurting her doesn’t even make sense. He narrated that they had been taking drinks the night before her fall. They fell asleep but later in the night he heard a loud bang and after looking, Tecra was not where he left her sleeping. It is then that he found her at the bottom of the stairs. She even spoke up a little saying that she was in a lot of pain.

“I heard a loud thud and a single scream. I looked towards where Tecra was sleeping and found out she wasn’t around. I looked towards the staircase and saw her at the bottom.

“I tried to conduct first aid by fanning her and later tried to resuscitate her,” Omar recalled.

Tecra passed away days later in hospital.
